1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Bubu Pet website at bubupet.co.uk and the veterinary services provided by Bubu Pet, located at 29 Glenfield Road East, Leicester, LE3 5QW. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Our Services
Bubu Pet provides veterinary care for dogs, cats, rabbits and small animals. Our services include routine health checks, vaccinations, surgery, dental care, diagnostic testing and emergency care. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where we reasonably believe it is in the best interests of the animal or our staff.
3. Appointments
Appointments can be booked by contacting us directly. We ask that you arrive on time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. We reserve the right to charge a missed appointment fee for repeated no-shows without notice.
4. Fees and Payment
Our fees are available on request and will be discussed with you before any treatment begins. We provide written estimates for planned procedures. Payment is due at the time of consultation unless a prior arrangement has been made. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
5. Pet Insurance
We support clients with pet insurance claims and will provide the necessary clinical documentation. However, we cannot guarantee that your insurer will approve a claim. You remain responsible for settling your account with us; any reimbursement from your insurer is a matter between you and them.
6. Consent to Treatment
By bringing your pet to us, you consent to examination and routine diagnostic procedures. For any surgical procedure, anaesthesia or significant intervention, we will obtain your explicit written or verbal consent before proceeding.
7. Limitation of Liability
We take every reasonable precaution in providing veterinary care. However, veterinary medicine involves inherent risks and we cannot guarantee outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
8. Website Use
The content on our website is provided for general information only and does not constitute veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for advice specific to your pet. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the website at any time without notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Bubu Pet and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.
